Frequently asked questions

Can I work with several companies?
Yes. The law does not limit the number of clients. What matters is staying under the 1 billion UZS annual limit and formalising work as one-off services.
How much is the tax?
From 2026 — a 1% turnover tax (on income up to 1 billion UZS per year). With AKJET payouts it is withheld automatically. There is no personal income tax, and social tax is voluntary — for your pension record.
Do I need a cash register?
No. For settlements with legal entities, documents (act, e-invoice) are generated automatically on the platform.
Do I need to visit the tax office?
No, everything is done online. The Soliq app is enough to register — we can help online.
Can I combine it with regular employment?
No. Under the law, a self-employed person cannot simultaneously be an employee of a business entity and may not hire workers — the work is done personally.
How fast does the money arrive?
The payout is sent to your card once the company confirms the work. Crediting time depends on your bank.
Is this legal income?
Yes. Payouts are official and documented — you can prove this income, for example, to a bank or for a visa.

This information is for reference and is based on Uzbekistan legislation in force for 2026 (Cabinet Resolution No. 806, Decree No. UP-50, Law No. ZRU-1108). Self-employed registration is done in the tax committee's official Soliq app.
